MASTERPLAN

The site is broken up into a series of blocks or ‘districts’, which makes the project easy to phase, but also creates a pedestrian scale between the buildings not commonly found in most residential developments in India

This space will be enhanced by the preservation of many large existing trees on the site which will provide a mature tree canopy between buildings for pedestrians and lower floor condo unit owners to enjoy upon the completion of phase one.
